Task will include everything from start to finish here at Showdown. This means unpacking boxes, organizing orders, printing films, exposing screens, mixing colors, screen printing, cleaning screens, folding shirts, shipping orders, having fun while doing all the above tasks.

About a month ago, we mentioned we were testing new inks including discharge and softy inks. After a bunch of tests and some really nice results we are now able to offer brighter/softer colors on dark garments. These shots show the intense colors on a Black 100% cotton tshirt. The actual print is also very soft to touch and will last longer over the competition. Click images for close up detail shot.

We had the pleasure of working with Darcy Cameron out of Little Bird Tattoo in Vernon, BC. This 2 color oversized print fits the entire front of the shirt, ranging from sizes Small-XXL. Have a look at the entire process starting with the design on computer, printing of films, and the final product after taking a trip through the dryer.
